Daily Giveaway Official Rules

The Giveaway is sponsored by Boxcar Trading Group LLC, a New York limited liability company (“Boxcar,” “we” or “us”). Contact us at support@boxcartrading.com.

The Giveaway is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live, if older) and who do not live in a country on Boxcar's restricted countries list, shown on our country eligibility page.

Employees, officers and contractors of Boxcar, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and members of their households are not eligible.

To receive a prize, a winner must be able to open and use a Boxcar account under the Boxcar Terms of Use.

1. Follow @TradingBoxcar on X and @BoxcarFunding on Instagram.
2. Complete the entry form at boxcartrading.com/giveaway with your email address, your X and Instagram usernames and your country.
3. Confirm your entry with the link we email you within 24 hours.

Your confirmed entry stays in every daily drawing. Joining our Discord server is optional and is not required to enter or win.

Limit: one entry per person. Each person may use only one email address, one X account and one Instagram account, and each account may be used by only one person. You must enter your own accounts. Entries made by automated means, scripts or services, or through someone else, are void.

After you confirm your entry, you receive a personal invite link. Each person who enters the Giveaway using your invite link and confirms their entry gives you one bonus entry in every drawing held after their confirmation. There is no limit on bonus entries.

A bonus entry counts only while the invited person's entry remains eligible, and each person can earn a bonus entry for only one inviter. Bonus entries from fake, duplicate, automated or purchased accounts, or from your own additional accounts, are void and may disqualify you.

We hold one drawing every day at or about 8:00 PM ET Eastern Time, and in any case within 24 hours. Each drawing includes the eligible entries confirmed before 8:00 PM ET Eastern Time that day. The drawing is random: each eligible entry and bonus entry is one equal chance, selected by a computer using a cryptographically secure random number generator.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries and bonus entries in each drawing. Winners keep their entry and bonus entries in later drawings and can win again, but no one can win more than one prize in the same drawing.

Each drawing awards one prize: one $50K BoxcarScale Flex Eval with the Daily Loss Limit on, delivered to the winner's Boxcar account. The account is subject to the Boxcar Terms of Use and the BoxcarScale program rules, including the rules for passing the evaluation and any later payouts. The prize cannot be transferred.

Winners are responsible for any taxes on their prize. Boxcar may request tax information where the law requires it.

Before a potential winner is confirmed, Boxcar checks that they follow @TradingBoxcar on X and @BoxcarFunding on Instagram and that they meet these rules. A potential winner who does not qualify is disqualified from that drawing, and another potential winner is drawn from the remaining eligible entries.

We notify winners by email at the address used to enter. To claim the prize, a winner must create or sign in to a Boxcar account with that email address and complete the account profile within 14 days of the notification. A prize not claimed in time is forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Account setup can take several business days after a claim.

Boxcar may require a winner to confirm their identity, eligibility and control of the X and Instagram accounts they entered with. Boxcar's decisions about eligibility and winners are final.

By accepting a prize, a winner agrees that Boxcar may announce their X username as a winner in its Discord server, on its social media accounts and on its website, without further compensation. Boxcar does not publish winners' email addresses.

Boxcar may disqualify any person, entry or bonus entry that it reasonably believes violates these rules, uses multiple or fake accounts, tampers with the entry process, uses bots or automation, or acts in a fraudulent, abusive or unsportsmanlike way. Anyone found using multiple accounts to enter is ineligible.

If fraud, technical failures or other causes beyond Boxcar's control affect the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway, Boxcar may modify, suspend or end the Giveaway and award prizes from the eligible entries received before the problem began.

Your use of X, Instagram and Discord is governed by their own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, by entering you release Boxcar and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents from all claims arising from the Giveaway, your entry or your acceptance or use of a prize. Boxcar is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries or emails, or for technical failures of any kind.

Nothing in these rules limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We use the information you provide (email address, X and Instagram usernames and country) to run the Giveaway: to confirm entries, count bonus entries, verify and contact winners, deliver prizes and announce winners as described above. To prevent duplicate and fraudulent entries, we keep a keyed, one-way code derived from the network address you enter from, never the address itself, and delete it after 180 days. Unconfirmed entries are deleted after 7 days.

We send Boxcar news and offers only if you choose that option, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Otherwise we email you only about the Giveaway. Our Privacy Policy explains your rights and how to contact us.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Boxcar may update these rules; the version in effect when you confirm an entry applies to that entry. Boxcar may end the Giveaway by posting notice on the entry page. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remain in effect.
