Affiliate FAQ
How long are referrals tracked?
Referral links are tracked for 90 days. Customers can also enter your affiliate coupon code at checkout.
When are commissions paid?
We pay monthly, targeting the 15th or next business day, with a $100 minimum from reconciled, undisputed purchases over 30 days old. Smaller balances carry over.
What if a purchase is refunded or disputed?
Refunds and lost chargebacks reduce the related commission. Pending disputes hold the affected commission until resolved.
What promotion is prohibited?
No self-referrals, purchases you fund for others, controlled-entity purchases, spam, tracking abuse, unapproved cash back, misleading claims, or paid search targeting Boxcar brand names.
