Review invitations

When your first evaluation ends, we ask Trustpilot to email you an invitation to share your experience. This applies whether you pass, upgrade to funding, breach the rules or otherwise finish the evaluation. If you start directly with a funded account and have no evaluation, we ask about a week after the account is ready.

We invite eligible paying traders once. A review is optional and does not affect your account or services. Staff, affiliates and partners are excluded. Trustpilot may send a reminder if you have not left a review.

We email Trustpilot your verified email address, first name when available, and your first order number. We do not include trading balances, account credentials, or payment details. We keep a record of the request so you are invited only once; that record is not proof an email was delivered.

Our website also loads Trustpilot's script, so Trustpilot receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information.

Trustpilot processes information under its Privacy Policy. These review invitations are separate from optional analytics and referral tracking.

You can stop future review invitations below. This will not cancel an email already scheduled with Trustpilot. Use the unsubscribe link in a Trustpilot invitation to stop its emails, or contact Boxcar support for help.
