Review invitations

After you use your signed-in Boxcar portal, we may ask Trustpilot to email you an invitation to share your experience. Free and paid customers are included. Leaving a review is optional and does not affect your account or services.

We use one initial invitation opportunity per customer across our account and affiliate portals. We do not select customers based on trading results, payouts, or expected ratings. Trustpilot may send a reminder if you have not left a review.

We share your verified email address, first name when available, a random experience reference, and labels indicating a portal experience and whether you have made a purchase. We do not include trading balances, account credentials, or payment details.

The Trustpilot integration loads code and a hidden frame from Trustpilot and uses browser storage to help prevent duplicate invitations. Trustpilot receives technical connection information, such as your IP address and browser information. We retain an invitation attempt record and a hashed recipient reference to coordinate invitations across devices. That record is not proof an email was delivered.

Trustpilot processes information under its Privacy Policy. These review invitations are separate from optional analytics and referral tracking.

You can stop future invitations triggered by our portal below. This will not cancel an email already scheduled with Trustpilot. Use the unsubscribe link in a Trustpilot invitation to stop its emails, or contact Boxcar support for help.
