Referral privacy

Referral cookies are optional. If you allow them in Cookie preferences, we use a first-party cookie to remember the friend or partner whose referral link you followed for up to 90 days. A later referral link may replace the saved referral. We do not set this referral cookie before you allow it.

We also store your referral-tracking choice in a separate first-party cookie for up to 90 days. Allow analytics enables analytics and referral cookies; Decline analytics disables both. Declining does not prevent you from creating an account or making a purchase.

When a purchase is attributed to an affiliate, we use FirstPromoter to record and reconcile the affiliate's commission. We send a customer identifier, the purchased product, currency, purchase or refund amount, transaction identifiers, and affiliate attribution. We do not send your payment-card details to FirstPromoter.

For Refer a Friend, we use FirstPromoter to verify the referring customer's account reward using the same purchase information. The referring customer sees their reward status and referral counts, not your name, email address, or payment details.

You can also enter an affiliate discount code at checkout. Entering a code can identify the referring partner and record commission for your purchase even if you decline referral cookies. It does not enable referral cookies or analytics.

We retain purchase, commission, and reward records as needed for accounting, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Learn more in our data-retention policy.

Use Cookie preferences to change your choice at any time. Turning off referrals removes the saved referral cookies and stops future referral-cookie use. It does not erase transaction records already created.
