Affiliate Program Policies and Agreement

This Agreement is between Boxcar Trading Group LLC ("Boxcar Trading" or "Boxcar") and the individual or entity identified in your affiliate account ("you"). It governs promotion of Boxcar for referral commissions.

You must be at least 18, able to contract, and authorized to bind any entity you enroll. Keep application, contact and payment information accurate. Participation starts only after application approval, your electronic acceptance of this Agreement, and Boxcar's activation confirmation. Applying is free; approval and earnings are not guaranteed.

A qualifying purchase is a successfully paid Boxcar account purchase attributed to you while participation is active. Repeat account purchases may qualify. Clicks, applications, unpaid orders and trading results do not earn commission.

"Qualifying Net Sales" means USD paid after discounts, excluding tax, refunds and lost chargebacks. Ordinary processing costs are not deducted. Free accounts, referral rewards and bundled benefits have no commissionable value. Separately charged products, resets and renewals qualify only under a schedule you expressly accept.

Boxcar controls customer prices, discounts and offer eligibility. Use assigned links and codes; do not promise unapproved prices, benefits or exceptions.

Referrals use assigned links or affiliate discount codes. With referral-cookie consent, a link can be remembered for 90 days. Cookie deletion, withdrawn consent, device changes and technical limitations can prevent link attribution. Declining optional cookies does not prevent attribution through a valid checkout code.

The first attributed paid purchase recorded by Boxcar establishes the customer's credited affiliate. Delayed payment notifications can change recording order. A later code may discount a purchase without changing its credited affiliate. Only one affiliate earns per purchase; customer association does not guarantee lifetime commissions.

Report suspected errors to support with available referral details. Boxcar will review its records and explain material corrections. Never request customer passwords or payment credentials.

Your calendar month's Qualifying Net Sales sets the rate for all that month's qualifying revenue:

Months follow America/New_York time. Purchases belong to their payment month, including verified late records. The rate applies to the full month's revenue, not just the amount above a threshold. For example, $6,000 earns $1,200 at 20%. The monthly total is rounded to the nearest cent, with half cents rounded up.

Rates reset each month. Dashboard amounts are provisional until reconciliation. Refunds may change the original month's tier. A negotiated rate or schedule requires a written addendum expressly accepted by both parties identifying its scope and dates.

• Partner: below $5,000 — 15%.
• Growth: $5,000 to below $15,000 — 20%.
• Premier: $15,000 or more — 25%.

Commission becomes payable when its purchase is more than 30 days old, reconciled and undisputed, and required payout verification is complete. This waiting period does not eliminate later reversals.

Payments run monthly, targeting the 15th or the next business day after a weekend or applicable banking holiday. The minimum is $100 USD. Smaller balances carry forward without expiring. Provider processing may add time; Boxcar will explain material delays and needed action.

Complete required identity, business, tax and payout verification through the designated secure process. You are responsible for your taxes; Boxcar may report or withhold as legally required. Available methods and third-party transfer or conversion fees will be disclosed before you select a method.

Completed refunds and lost chargebacks reduce Qualifying Net Sales without double reversal. Recalculate the source month's tier and total commission under the original Agreement. Pending disputes may hold affected commission until resolved. Statements will identify material adjustments.

Overpayments may offset future commission. Boxcar will explain any repayment request and allow a reasonable opportunity to contest it. Suspected abuse may justify a proportionate hold during investigation; unrelated undisputed amounts remain payable unless law or evidence requires a broader hold. Boxcar will explain holds where permitted, consider your evidence and release amounts no longer subject to a valid hold.

Use accurate, supportable claims about current products, rules, prices and availability. Distinguish simulated from live trading. Do not describe simulated balances as withdrawable cash, guarantee profits, payouts or evaluation success, imply employment, or fabricate results, testimonials or experience. State relevant eligibility and risks with benefit claims.

Disclose your commission where people encounter the endorsement, before they act: "I earn a commission if you purchase through my Boxcar Trading link or code." Disclose other material benefits, including free access. Make disclosures prominent; use visual and spoken disclosures suited to the format and repeat them during long live content. Do not rely solely on a profile, hidden text or platform disclosure tool.

You are responsible for your channels and anyone promoting for you. Follow advertising, privacy, messaging and platform rules. Correct or remove prohibited material promptly when requested. Honest opinions and lawful criticism are allowed.

• No self-referrals, purchases funded by you for others, or purchases by entities you own or control. A shared address alone does not establish abuse.
• No fake purchasers, stolen payments, fabricated sales, automated clicks, cookie stuffing, forced redirects, tracking manipulation or credit for customers you did not refer.
• No spam, unlawfully obtained contact lists, misleading sender identities, or ignoring consent and unsubscribe requirements.
• No bidding on Boxcar brand names or confusing variants in paid search, impersonation, or confusing brand names in domains, accounts or advertisements.
• No coupon-aggregator postings, unapproved offers, cash back, rebates or purchase incentives without written approval.
• No collecting customer payments for Boxcar, unauthorized enrollments, or commitments on Boxcar's behalf.

During active participation, you may use supplied brand materials under a limited, nonexclusive, revocable permission for authorized promotion. Follow usage instructions. Ownership stays with Boxcar or its licensors. You retain your original content; broader reuse requires permission.

Protect nonpublic business information and personal data, use it only for program administration, and promptly report misuse. Confidentiality excludes public or independently developed information and legally required disclosures. Our Privacy Policy describes personal-data handling. Agreement acceptance does not grant optional tracking consent.

You operate independently at your own expense. Neither party can bind the other. No employment, partnership, agency or exclusivity is created. Each party remains responsible for its conduct and contractual breaches under applicable law.

Either party may end participation by written notice. Boxcar may suspend immediately for reasonably suspected fraud, material violations, security issues or legal requirements, explaining where permitted. Otherwise, remediable issues receive a reasonable opportunity for correction.

During a pause or after termination, stop new affiliate promotion and remove or disable links, codes and materials you control as directed. Earlier qualifying purchases retain their original terms, including purchases reported late. Later purchases during inactivity create no new entitlement.

Valid accrued commissions remain payable after maturity, review and verification. The final undisputed balance is payable even below $100. Inactivity or refusing later terms does not forfeit it. Payment, correction, confidentiality and accrued-rights provisions survive as needed.

Boxcar preserves agreement versions and summarizes material changes. Ordinary changes receive at least 14 days' notice by registered email and the affiliate portal. Existing terms apply until the announced effective date. Legally required changes may need shorter notice; Boxcar will explain.

Each new version requires affirmative acceptance. Without acceptance by its effective date, future participation pauses until you accept and activation is confirmed. Earlier commissions keep their original terms. Agreements, acceptance records and payment history remain accessible during a pause.

By checking the box and confirming in your authenticated account, you intend to sign electronically, confirm access to the identified version, agree to its terms, and confirm authority for any entity represented. Boxcar retains that version and acceptance date and provides a downloadable agreement and receipt through your account.
