Instagram data requests

Our integration manages Boxcar Trading's own Instagram business profile. It uses account identifiers, authorization credentials, prepared posts, publication records, and available performance measurements to publish content and understand its results.

Customers do not need to connect their Instagram accounts to buy or use Boxcar Trading. This integration does not read private messages or automate replies, likes, or follows.

The authorized account owner can remove the app from Instagram's Website permissions settings. Removing access stops future API access but does not itself delete posts already published on Instagram. Those posts can be managed directly in Instagram.

Email support@boxcartrading.com with the subject “Instagram data deletion” and the Instagram username associated with the request. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or payment details.

We will verify the request and remove applicable Instagram integration data we hold, subject to any required legal retention. We will confirm the outcome with you. A request about Instagram integration data does not automatically close your Boxcar trading account or delete required purchase and account records.
