Pass the Eval
Reach the profit target and meet the 50% consistency rule with its 2-percentage-point cushion. Your largest profitable day may be up to 52% of total Eval net profit. Stay within the loss and trading rules. There is no completion deadline, but the inactivity rule still applies.

What changes when funded
Flex keeps EOD drawdown but has no consistency rule in the simulated-funded stage. One large profitable day does not, by itself, restrict your account or payout eligibility. There is no payout buffer. Position limits start below the Eval maximum and grow with account profit.
The DLL option selected at purchase applies to both Eval and funded. Selecting a DLL reduces the purchase price; choosing no DLL costs more. You cannot change this choice after purchase.

Qualify for a payout
Complete five separate qualifying profit days and finish the payout cycle net positive. You may request up to 50% of cycle profit, limited by the cap for your account size. The day requirement starts again after each approved payout.

$50K example: one large day and four smaller days
On a $50K BoxcarFlex simulated-funded account, $2,000 net profit on Day 1 and $150 net on each of four more days count as five qualifying profit days. The first day counts toward the five; you do not need five additional days. Net profit means profit after trading fees.
Those results total $2,600 net profit. You may request $1,300, which is 50% of that profit and below the $2,000 account-size cap. Your share is $1,170 after the 90/10 split. The large first day does not create a consistency restriction.
What a payout does to your loss limit
Requesting a Flex payout locks the Maximum Loss Limit at the starting balance plus $100. A payout also reduces account profit and may reduce your position tier. Check the remaining balance and loss room before trading again.
Payout basics
The minimum payout request is $500. The profit split is 90% to you and 10% to Boxcar. Meet every condition for your plan before requesting a payout; reaching a profit target alone is not enough.
Path to live
Flex accounts reach live-account review after five approved payouts. Approval depends on the review, not payout count alone.
When the account moves live, remaining simulated profits are forfeited; they are not paid out, transferred to live or held for later withdrawal. An eligible final payout is settled separately.
