Send your payout request
Request a payout from Payouts in My Portal. You can cancel a request while it is Submitted or Under review; once it has a decision, it can't be changed.

- Open Payouts in My Portal and check the funded account shown.
- Enter the gross amount, or use Max when the page shows an available amount.
- Select Request, then complete WorkMarket setup and any identity or payee verification the page or support asks for.
Choose the gross request amount
For simulated-funded accounts, the minimum gross request is $500, before the 90/10 split. Payouts shows your plan limit, and the amount available from your trading when it can be worked out; evaluation profit is not eligible, and live accounts follow their approved terms.
For example, an approved $1,000 gross request reduces the account balance by $1,000 and pays you $900. Boxcar’s 10% share is $100.
Payment methods
Payouts are instant via Plaid for domestic U.S. bank accounts and take 2 days via WorkMarket by ADP for international bank accounts. Crypto payouts are also available.
Boxcar does not charge a payout fee.
Read your payout status
Payouts in My Portal lists open requests first and earlier requests in Payout history. Submitted, Under review, Approved and Processing requests stay open; the other statuses move to history. A request in history is paid only when its status is Paid.
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Submitted | The payout request has been recorded. You can still cancel it. |
| Under review | The request is being checked. You can still cancel it. |
| Approved | The request has been accepted for payment; it is not yet recorded as paid. |
| Processing | Payment is in progress. |
| Paid | The request is recorded as paid. Check the Paid date and your receiving account. |
| Declined | The request was not approved. |
| Cancelled | The request was closed before payment, by you or by Boxcar. |

If your account is moving live
Share any pending payout reference with support before the transition is settled. Approved or already-earned final payouts are handled separately from leftover simulated profits, which have different treatment by plan.
