What a reset does

A paid reset restarts an eligible evaluation at its original balance and risk settings. It is not a refund, a funded-account upgrade, or a way to change the configuration purchased for that evaluation.

Resets are separate, manual purchases. Evaluation fees do not renew automatically, and a failed account does not receive a free automatic reset.

BoxcarFunded starts at the simulated-funded stage and does not offer a reset purchase.

Confirm the reset before paying

Contact support about the specific evaluation you want to reset. This helps avoid paying for the wrong account or confusing a new account purchase with a reset.

  1. Find the affected account in My Portal and note its account identifier, plan, and size.
  2. Send those details to support and ask to confirm reset eligibility, the exact fee, and the payment instructions.
  3. Check the account identifier and agreed fee before authorizing payment. Keep the confirmation with your order records.

Your configuration affects the fee

Confirm the fee for your exact plan, account size, and Daily Loss Limit setting. BoxcarPayout reset pricing also depends on whether the evaluation uses EOD or intraday drawdown.

Do not assume a new-account promotion applies to a reset. Ask before paying, especially if the account is approaching the 30-day removal limit.
