Who these rules apply to
The October 26 update applies to existing and newly purchased accounts. Previously accepted agreements, completed evaluations and paid transactions keep their original records. Current open evaluations and new payout decisions use the updated program rules.
What changed
The 40% Flex and Payout evaluation option now requires 40% or less, without a cushion. The 50% option keeps its 52% ceiling. Flex payout limits include profit left from previous cycles: up to 50% of remaining account profit, subject to the size cap, five qualifying days in the current cycle and the other requirements. Prime and Payout withdrawals may leave exactly the payout buffer; the maximum loss floor must still be exceeded.
For Prime, Flex and Funded, the next payout measurement cycle starts at approval. For Payout, it starts at the submission time of the request that is approved. Cash deduction and payment finish separately. A cancelled or declined request does not reset the cycle. An unsettled earlier obligation still prevents another request.
Microscalping flags receive manual review, with documented warning and post-warning evidence before continued-conduct forfeiture, and an appeal process. The live-transition guide explains refund eligibility for an ineligible funded account.
Existing customer options
You can still cancel a submitted or under-review payout request. Boxcar has not introduced on-demand intraday payouts, repeated intraday payouts, a live bonus or an optional live cashout. Ordinary payout timing and your purchased plan configuration remain in place.
