Bring your NinjaTrader fills into your journal.
Fillbook's NinjaTrader 8 add-on sends fills to your journal automatically, removing the routine CSV export step. Auto-sync is available on Fillbook Core and Elite; manual CSV imports are also supported.
Install the add-on in NinjaTrader and connect it with a Fillbook sync token. Once your fills are in the journal, review R-multiple, win rate, drawdown, and performance by setup or time of day.
Set up your Boxcar account rules.
Start with your program and account size on Fillbook's Rules page. Match the editable settings to your account's Eval or funded stage, Daily Loss Limit choice, drawdown type, profit goal, and any consistency or minimum-day requirements.
Use the linked rule tables for the exact settings. BoxcarPayout can use EOD or intraday drawdown during Eval, but always uses intraday drawdown when funded. Its intraday high-water mark includes open-position profit, so closed fills alone do not capture that full calculation.
Use it with your existing trading setup.
You can run NinjaTrader on your own Windows computer or use the optional High Performance Chicago VPS from Ninja Mobile Trader VPS. Boxcar covers that VPS while you have at least one active Boxcar account. Install Fillbook's add-on in the NinjaTrader instance you use to trade.
