Use your trading credentials
Your Boxcar website login and trading-platform login are different. Open the account in My Portal to check its status and trading access details. A paid order alone does not mean the trading login is ready.
- Sign in to My Portal and open the trading account you want to use.
- Open Trading Platforms and select your software.
- Use the account's Boxcar trading credentials to complete the required market-data agreements and follow the available setup guidance.
Supported platforms
NinjaTrader, Quantower, MotiveWave, Bookmap, ATAS, Jigsaw, MultiCharts, Sierra Chart, Rithmic Trader Pro.
The public catalog shows supported software. Account-specific setup guidance is available in the portal when your account has access. Platform subscriptions or licenses may be separate from your Boxcar purchase.
If you cannot connect
Check the account status and use the trading login, not your website password. If setup information or access is missing, contact support with the account ID, platform name and exact error. Remove credentials from screenshots.
